Stock
We hold stock of most product and it is replenished on a regular basis. In the unlikely event of there being stock issues, we will contact you with an alternative delivery date.  

Delivery 
Please allow up to 15days for your order to be delivered. Our deliveries are made either by Royal Mail or courier. You will receive a "Your order has been shipped" email when your order is about to be despatched. 

Returns
If you have ordered the wrong product, then providing it hasn't be personalised, then simply return to us IN IT'S ORGINAL PACKAGING with a copy of your invoice clearly showing what product/size you now require. If your item has been personalised IT CANNOT BE RETURNED.
